The SLAS Clearinghouse is the filing platform currently used by Oklahoma, Tennessee, South Dakota and Wyoming to collect policy data, facilitate compliance, and invoice and collect tax payments for their respective states. Agents, policyholders, and insurers file policy data using SLIP. Member states use the management system, RAPID, to review and regulate the surplus lines policy data reported by agents.
